Our client’s North American division was in a bind. They needed a seamless overhaul of their human capital management software and system -- and they needed it fast.
The division had implemented HCM software, but its configuration was outdated and not reflective of their current business needs and flow. It was not in line with their current operational structure, and there wasn’t any training or documentation.

Our HCM expert processed their immediate needs to keep the business operations running smoothly.
2) While managing time-sensitive needs, our HCM expert also set up long-term solutions by documenting processes, identifying inefficiencies, and optimizing each HCM process.
3) We laid out four key strategic initiatives that could be rolled out in the next quarter and substantially simplify HCM processes and software use.
4) We documented the entire process and created training materials so we could train the next payroll lead and give the client the tools to manage the entire process on their own, even if there were staff changes.
In the short term, our backfill of the payroll position took away the immediate stress of trying to manage payroll.
