While HCM software includes training, the materials Align HCM created were fully customized to the clients needs, culture, and environment. It included step-by-step directions of exactly how processes appear in their software, and it features the company branding throughout so the organization can use it to train their internal team.
3) Align HCM further built a business intelligence training resource to teach supervisors how to author their own reports and also understand the data so they can make changes and manage the process on their own.
