Daniel Romero is a true team player. Whenever possible, he goes out of his way to help his colleagues because he believes teamwork is the best way for an organization to succeed.
Daniel brings his team-first attitude to Align HCM where he is an HCM Consultant responsible for assisting customers in the implementation of their UKG Pro solutions.
Daniel got his start in the HCM industry when he started working for UKG directly in Fall of 2019. He started out assisting mid-market, strategic, and enterprise clients in the resolution of time-sensitive and payroll critical issues. From there, he moved up through the ranks of the support team, learning more aspects of the UKG ecosystem as time went on.
Now, he brings that expertise to Align where he helps customers maximize their system in order to ensure organization and efficiency in their HRIS practices. When working with clients, he likes to be as transparent as possible to ensure proper expectations are set in regards to the work ahead.
Daniel has a degree in Digital Media Studies from Florida International University and is currently enrolled in classes at Nova Southeastern University to pursue a Masters in Technology and Organizational Leadership.
Daniel lives in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, which is great because even before having kids, he and his wife would take frequent trips to Walt Disney World every chance they could get. Now that they have a young son, they enjoy going even more. At home, Daniel likes to relax (as much as someone can with a toddler) by playing video games or finding new recipes to cook.
