Eduardo Agostini is driven by a passion for data and a curiosity for finding new and interesting ways to do things.

He brings these passions to his work at Align HCM, where he combines his computer science and business intelligence knowledge to develop creative solutions for his customers. Working as a systems specialist and HCM consultant, he helps clients implement and upgrade their software systems to use UKG™ products.

Part of his duties consists of finding gaps and opportunities for clients to optimize and automate HR and HCM processes. Eduardo improves existing technologies and finds innovative solutions for clients focusing on payroll, recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, performance management, and talent retention.

Eduard recognizes that HR and HCM touch the lives of everyone from decision-makers and senior leadership to entry-level employees. He likes to be a part of the process that makes the lives easier for everyone at an organization, and finds joy in working in an industry where there is always something new to learn. He considers himself a student for life when it comes to data science.

Outside of work, Eduardo enjoys hiking and volunteering. He lives in St. Petersburg, Florida, and loves to find time for his favorite types of entertainment that include science fiction literature, music, and movies.
