When Harry Tigue sees a project or problem in front of him, he tackles the task head-on with his warm, can-do attitude.
Harry is laid-back and easy to get along with which makes him a great partner to his customers and colleagues. He builds strong relationships with his clients which allows him to gain the insight needed to design the most useful solutions for their problems. He also has a strong connection with his team and loves to do what he can to help them achieve their goals.
Harry has been in the HCM industry since the mid 2000’s when he started out as a customer service representative and was later promoted to implementation. Now, he brings his years of experience to Align HCM.
As an HCM consultant, Harry serves as the primary point-of-contact with new clients as they transition to new HR/Payroll systems. He performs system setup and configuration tasks and schedules implementation timelines and milestones.
Throughout his projects, he documents activities, provides regular reports, and communicates with project stakeholders to set and maintain expectations. He also leads configuration calls and workshops with clients providing consulting, system training, and knowledge transfers that help customers get the most out of their new setup.
Harry calls Dallas, Texas home, where he enjoys spending time outside. He loves his daily hour-long walks. When he’s not at work, you can also find him spending time with his friends and trying new restaurants.
