Snehal Patel

Snehal Patel loves seeing the impact his work has on the end user. He finds extreme satisfaction in seeing a solution he developed solve a problem for a customer.

Snehal has been solving problems in the WFM space for the last 15 years. He has rich experience in implementing Infor/Workbrain, Kronos, and WorkForce Software for medium to large organizations. Given his computer science background, his role on projects is more on the technical side of implementations, but he also has experience playing PM and functional roles.

At Align HCM, Snehal acts as the Kronos Practice Director. He is responsible for hiring Kronos experienced resources, building skillsets within the current team, scoping and selling projects, and managing client relationships.

Snehal brings a collaborative leadership style to Align. He believes in building teams that, regardless of role or job title, can all come together with the mindset of delivering quality work that keeps clients happy.

He also believes that work should be fun and that when the team enjoys working with each other, not only is the work environment transformed beyond just work, but also results in better project deliverables.

Snehal lives in Toronto, Canada with his wife and two energetic daughters who keep him busy and filled with joy. Together, they enjoy traveling the world, trying new foods, and spending time outdoors. On his own time, Snehal’s passion for knowing how things work leaves him always trying to fix something whether it's his kids' toys, his motorcycle, or his refrigerator (to his wife’s dismay).
