Rishi Dhariwal

Rishi Dhariwal is motivated by knowledge. He loves learning new concepts and ideas and being able to apply them to solve business problems.

In his role as an associate HCM consultant, Rishi interprets, validates, and converts data from various HR and payroll systems into UKG products, including but not limited to employee demographic data, taxation, benefits, payroll balances, contacts, dependents, beneficiaries, and historical data.

Rishi graduated from McMaster University with an Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics. He has also completed numerous certifications in data manipulation and analysis, using several languages such as SQL, R, and Python.

Rishi was attracted to work at Align HCM for the people-first culture and opportunities to grow. He’s excited to be part of a team that is easygoing but also determined to develop the company through dedicated work habits and building lasting relationships.

In his free time, Rishi enjoys watching and playing sports, spending time with his family, traveling, and eating food from around the world. He currently lives in Mississauga, ON.
