Sam Evans

Sam Evans’s biggest motivator at work is happiness. He is always working to make his colleagues and clients smile because when his clients and teammates are happy, so is he.

Sam uses that motivation in his work as an HCM consultant at Align HCM where he is responsible for collaborating with teammates to provide strategic services that result in client success.

Sam loves that HR and HCM have afforded him the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people while also using his technical skills. He enjoys the new challenges that are always present in HCM and thinks it leads to an exciting work environment.

Co-workers say Sam provides a calm and professional environment for both his clients and teammates. He is a good listener with a sense of humor which makes working with him fun and relaxing.

Sam lives in Orlando, Florida, where he loves going for runs. Having been involved with many sports growing up, Sam loves to be active. When he has free time, he enjoys traveling to Colorado to fly fish. But most of all, he loves spending time with his wife and two daughters.
