Shayn Singh

Shayn Singh enjoys collaboration and learning from others, so he loves that his role at Align HCM allows him to share knowledge while also learning from his clients.

As an associate HCM consultant, Shayn implements and integrates customers onto UKG Pro and Dimensions, leading client teams through the implementation via hands-on end-to-end configuration and testing, requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, build, test, rollout, and support.

Shayn’s love for learning and collaborating with smart people drew him to the HCM field. His background is in IT networking which he has used to support his work in HCM. He believes that in the ever-growing world of HCM, there are always new things to learn, and he feels blessed to have worked with talented and intelligent individuals who helped him throughout his career.

Part of what drew Shayn to working at Align is the culture. He loves being able to work on a team where everyone looks to support each other to reach the ultimate goal.

Shayn lives in Orlando, Florida, but he uses every chance he can to get out and explore other areas. He loves to travel and takes trips wherever he can.
