Mark Francis

Mark Francis strives for achievement and excellence in every arena of his life. His favorite quote is, "If you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life." The quote motivates Mark to do his best work at Align HCM and enjoy it.

As a Senior HCM Consultant, Mark implements and maintains UKG applications. Mark enjoys his work monitoring and managing the flow of employee data across an organization. He feels rewarded each time he correctly configures and delivers HCM solutions in a timely manner. A satisfied client after go-live is one of his greatest professional pleasures.

At work, Mark is known as quiet, yet very observant and knowledgeable. He is even-keeled, a stickler for details, and never waivers under pressure.

Mark is a graduate of Barry University where he majored in Information Systems Management and Network Engineering. He has training credentials with numerous HCM-based applications and experience working with ADP, Peoplesoft, Kronos, UltiPro, and Ceridian Dayforce.

Mark lives in Pembroke Pines, Florida where is a husband and father of four. He loves to travel, grill, and landscape his yard. His greatest passion outside of work is serving the next generation. Mark mentors youth from elementary through college to promote the importance of education -- with a special emphasis on promoting STEAM.
