Pride Month is an entire month dedicated to uplifting LGBTQ+ voices, celebrating LGBTQ+ culture, and supporting LGBTQ+ rights.
Throughout the month of June, Align HCM is committed to celebrating Pride through education, advocacy, and fun.
We know Pride Month isn’t just about changing the color of our logo. It’s about full LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace.
We’re making a commitment to showcasing resources and offering education that can support diversity and inclusion at Align and in our industry.

Here are a few ways we’re celebrating and showing Pride at Align this month.
Pride Month Weekly: Every Thursday during the month of June, Align is sharing a newsletter filled with LGBTQ+ history, resources, books, films, and more.
Use of Pronouns in Email Signatures: We’re educating our team about the benefits of using pronouns in an email signature and encouraging our team to add them to their signature lines.
Workshop on Transgender Inclusion and Allyship at Work: The first step to inclusion is education. We’re offering a workshop to help our team understand more about what it means to be transgender and how to be a transgender ally at work. It will help our team:
- Gain confidence when interacting with team members, candidates, and customers who are transgender
- Gain understanding about gender, gender identity, and gender expression
- Learn how to practice allyship for the transgender people
- Provide a level of comfort and ease for strengthening the diversity of our workplace
