With so many regulations to follow, the client needed an automated solution that could trigger operational and payroll actions based on time and labor data. They also needed to make it easy for supervisors to be able to compile reports on time and attendance.

The Solution

1) Working with UKG Pro™, Align HCM set up automated easy to maintain rules that would trigger actions based on Mexico’s complicated labor laws -- ensuring that the company was always following legal guidelines.
2) Align HCM developed custom training guides on how to use the software. While HCM software includes training, the materials Align HCM created were fully customized to the clients needs, culture, and environment. It included step-by-step directions of exactly how processes appear in their software, and it features the company branding throughout so the organization can use it to train their internal team.
3) Align HCM further built a business intelligence training resource to teach supervisors how to author their own reports and also understand the data so they can make changes and manage the process on their own.
The Results
