Barbara Tonelli believes a strong partnership and open, honest communication is what leads to a successful project, and that it’s also important to have fun and laugh along the way.

As Director of Enablement at Align HCM, Barbara is responsible for creating a positive onboarding experience for Align team members. This role fits perfectly with Barbara’s love for building and nurturing teams and sharing in their success. She is motivated by helping others recognize and reach their full potential.

Barbara oversees the Align training curriculum, aligning it to the needs of the consultants and objectives of the organization, as well as supports the ongoing career development of Align team members.

Barbara is a supportive, caring, and empathic leader who creates a safe environment in which her team can thrive. She ensures all new consultants have the tools, education, and support needed to be successful, feel fully engaged, and take pride in the contributions they make with their work and for the organization.

Barbara lives in Georgetown, Canada, where she fills another important role. She is a lacrosse mom who loves watching her son Blake play both field and box lacrosse. She also enjoys playing volleyball and spending relaxing time with family and friends.
