Dianna Hammond

Dianna Hammond has an eye for looking at an initiative and designing a great plan for making it happen.

She is known for being professional and persistent (and having a very neat and tidy workspace). Coworkers know that having Dianna on a project means they will have a teammate who genuinely cares about their success.

She is a great mentor who loves to share her knowledge and help her coworkers in any way she can, making her an effective and reliable Project Manager.

After receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Diana found her way into project management after helping lead PM initiatives within her organization. She discovered that she enjoyed the planning aspect of Project Management. Motivated to learn more about how she could use strategies to improve processes, she went on to get her PMP certification.

As a Project Manager at Align HCM, Diana combines her passion for project management and an interest in HR and HCM. She enjoys working with her clients and ensuring that their expectations are always met.

Living in St. Petersburg, Florida, Diana loves hitting the beach, kayaking, and paddleboarding. She also loves spending free time with her dog, Vino.
