Dylan Dorsey thrives when faced with a challenge. In a world of complex needs, he knows there is rarely a singular, one-size-fits-all solution. He loves the process of coming up with new ways to approach new problems and thrives when trying to find ways to simplify uniquely complicated situations. 

It’s this love for problem-solving that makes Dylan so great as a Functional Consultant at Align HCM. 

He can take on complex challenges related to time and attendance systems and always find a way to simplify and optimize the process for his customers. 

Dylan does this by first going through a process of deeply listening to client challenges and understanding their root issues. Then, he analyzes business requirements, identifies and advises solution options, and rolls up his sleeves up to configure the solution. 

Dylan loves to share this process with his customers. He gets excited about the problem-solving process and makes sure his customers do too by providing guidance, support, and enthusiasm along the way. 

Based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Dylan loves to spend his time working out, staying fit, and traveling in the great outdoors.
