Janet Parker

Janet Parker is the person running toward a problem when everyone else wants to run the other direction. She is a problem solver who sees each of her projects as a partnership.

Janet’s desire to help everyone around makes her a great Sr. Project Manager at Align HCM. As a project manager, Janet manages a portfolio of clients, collaborating with internal and external project teams to ensure high-quality, on-time implementations.

Janet believes each day is an opportunity to work with a high-performing team and make a difference in the approach to ensure a successful implementation.

As a manager or other project managers, Janet fosters a culture of communication, collaboration, and creativity. She is confident and poised in interactions with individuals at all levels. Janet has an infectious work ethic and leadership mentality. She inspires those around her to perform and excel in their work every day.

Janet enjoys learning and utilizing what she learns to bring value to her clients and teams. Utilizing PMP and Lean Six Sigma, she has proved to be invaluable during implementations by improving processes, being client-centric, and ensuring her team has what they need to be successful.

Janet currently lives in the Grand Rapids area of Michigan where she enjoys being outdoors. She recently became a beekeeper and is excited about learning more about her new hobby.
