Jasmine Edwards is happy-go-lucky, laid back, and easy-going -- yet completely laser-focused on her work. She loves checklists and is uber-organized and driven, but always willing to take a moment to make someone laugh or share quippy banter with coworkers and customers. 

It’s the interpersonal relationships that Jasmine truly enjoys. She loves collaborating with clients, finding creative ways to solve their existing pain points and challenges, and working with different personalities across the U.S. and Canada.

In her role at Align HCM, Jasmine helps businesses transfer data and processes from legacy systems into the Ulti-verse. Her specialty is highlighting best practices for newly engaged companies using her varied knowledge across the variety of industries she’s worked in throughout her career.

Coming from an extensive background in sport business management, Jasmine transferred over as free agent and now lends her resourcefulness, ingenuity, adaptability, and people-skills into the human capital management arena.

Jasmine loves to travel around the world and have off-the-wall experiences, but she also thoroughly enjoys her time at home in St. Petersburg, Florida.

In her free time, she likes to be active and outdoors as much as possible. She enjoys outdoor festivals, markets, art shows, watersports, boating, and endless beach days. When indoors, she spends time with family, takes care of her home, studies photography/film, and watches documentaries on sports, crime, and history.
