Jeremiah Preston

Jeremiah Preston loves to solve puzzles and learn new things. He is known to be inquisitive and ask a lot of questions so he can fully understand the ins and outs of his client projects.

As an HCM consultant at Align, Jeremiah gets to tap into his love for learning and problem solving as he helps clients implement and configure their new UKG timekeeping software. Jeremiah has a lot of experience and expertise with UKG products which is why many of his co-workers come to him for answers.

In past roles, his co-workers have referred to him as "the consultant that has all the answers." Jeremiah loves to share what he knows, and he finds it extremely rewarding when he can guide both colleagues and clients on UKG best practices.

Jeremiah was drawn to the HCM industry because of the human element. He loves that all of his tasks involve working with people and that he gets to meet so many different people from a variety of industry verticals.

Jeremiah currently lives in Los Angeles, California, where he has fun being creative with photography and video. He loves making TikToks and Reels. He also enjoys going on adventures and exploring new things in areas he hasn’t seen. You can often find him hiking and spending time with his three dogs.
