Jonathan Santos

Jonathan Santos loves seeing the positive impact his work has on his clients and teammates. As a self-proclaimed “people pleaser,” he gets a lot of satisfaction in a job well done.

His proactive, positive attitude helps him as a Technical Consultant at Align HCM. Jonathan enjoys being the "bridge" that connects the technical teams to non-technical clients by providing consulting, analysis, and support.

Jonathan works with teams to manage projects, resolve issues, and provide software implementation at a technical level. He’s a Ryerson graduate who successfully earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree under the BTM (Business Technology Management) program.

For Jonathan, it’s the challenge that he enjoys most about his work. No matter how difficult the task is, he always finds a way to streamline or automate the task so it can be more efficient next time.

Jonathan lives in Mississauga, Ontario where he enjoys going to the gym and weight lifting. He’s also an avid gamer and musician, playing both the drums and the violin.
