Lisa Pino

Lisa Pino believes the success of a great team and project is communication, consistency, and teamwork. She is extremely detail-oriented, and her ultimate goal is to always complete tasks correctly the first time around.

These skills come in handy as a Project Manager at Align HCM where Lisa works with a team of consultants responsible for helping clients implement HCM systems and processes, primarily with UKG solutions. Lisa manages multiple projects, ensuring all documentation is complete and that the implementation of the project life cycle runs smoothly to comply with customer expectations.

Lisa had her first glimpse of project management when she worked within hotel operations. Shen then moved into project management within the construction field and learned that she greatly enjoyed the role. She loves working with people and helping others learn new things.

Lisa graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's in Human Communication, and she is currently studying for her PMP Certification. Being a big note-taker and lover of lists makes Lisa a great manager of projects. She will make a list for just about everything and go through and cross off each item as they are completed.

Living in Orlando, Florida, Lisa loves being outdoors, especially when she can go to the beach. She enjoys traveling and sightseeing but is also happy at home knitting and spending time with her dog, Lily.
