Michael loves facing new challenges and discovering creative ways to solve them. He believes there is no limit to the different ways you can approach the same problem, and he loves working to find the best solution that will provide the most benefits to his customers. 

In his work as an HCM Consultant, Michael helps clients with HCM implementations, data conversions, and interface developments. He uses his experience in technology, data, and analytics to develop the best solutions for each unique customer need. 

Michael has enthusiasm and drive in everything he does. He takes a no-nonsense approach to his work. But, he also knows how to have fun. 

Based out of Toronto, Canada, he loves to get active both physically and mentally in his free time. He loves spending time rock-climbing and cycling, as well as reading non-fiction and working on crossword puzzles and trivia.
