Align HCM is proud to announce that we have been named on the 2022 list of “Best Workplaces for Professional Development.”
The honor comes after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®.
Great Place to Work named the top workplaces for professional development after reviewing direct feedback from employees at hundreds of organizations surveyed for GPTW Certifications.
To be eligible for the list, organizations had to be certified as a Great Place to Work in the past year. Align HCM was certified as a Great Place to Work in both the US and Canada in March 2022.
Companies also had to:
- Have a minimum score of 80% on the Professional Development Index
- Have a relative level of complexity based on the number of employees
- Have professional development noted as a priority for their organization
Great Place to Work determined the BEST companies based on employee responses to their Trust Index Survey, and Align HCM is honored to be included on their list.
