Virtual meetings are great, but nothing compares to face-to-face time.
Align HCM’s team is spread across two countries so it’s important for us to come together in person in one place — and that’s what we did in September 2023 when we celebrated our 3rd Annual Alignapalooza.
Alignapalooza is our annual all-team meeting that brings together Aligners from across the U.S. and Canada to meet for a series of in-person events.
It is our way to make sure our team has the resources, support, and community they need to be successful. The event allows our team to meet in person and build more meaningful relationships with each other and the company as a whole.
This year, Alignapalooza was held in Orlando, Florida. The event series included educational training put on by the Ritz-Carlton’s Leadership Center.
John Cashion, Senior Practice Director and Head of Global Delivery from the Ritz-Carlton’s Leadership Center, taught our team about the Ritz Carlton’s methodology of legendary customer service, brand differentiation, employee engagement, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Entertainment at this year’s Alignapalooza included a day at Universal’s Islands of Adventure with fast passes to fit in as much fun as possible, and we enjoyed an evening on a private rooftop at Margaritaville along the Universal CityWalk strip.
The bright sun of Florida wasn’t a problem for the Align team. Ray-Ban was on site and fitted everyone on our team with a pair of sunglasses of their choice.
Alignapalooza also gave us an opportunity to celebrate our team.
We hosted our first Aligner Recognition Awards and highlighted team members celebrating anniversaries for one, three, and five years on the Align team.
At Align HCM, we believe in putting our team first, and Alignapalooza is a way to support our team personally and professionally.
