This certification from Great Place to Work Institute® is based on direct feedback from employees as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about workplace experience.
We are excited to report that 90% of surveyed employees said Align HCM is a great place to work.

One-hundred percent (100%) of our surveyed team said:
