Great Place to Work Institute® is a global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention, and increased innovation. Each year, they name great places to work based on direct feedback from employees as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about workplace experience.
Surveys from the Align HCM team reported that 96% of current employees say Align HCM is a great place to work.

We are happy to report that employee satisfaction has grown over the last year. In 2022 90% of surveyed employees said Align HCM was a great place to work, compared to 96% in 2023.

In the past year, Align has led multiple initiatives to provide a positive employee experience, support professional development, and build an inclusive culture.
Align hosted our annual all-team meeting, bringing together employees from across the United States and Canada, for two-days of team building and learning at Alignapalooza. The event was held at the prestigious IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida.
We also focused on professional development by launching Align Academy, which supports the upskilling of our workforce, and we created a partnership for women’s leadership development with our partner, ACCELLE. These initiatives helped us be named to Great Place to Work’s list of Best Workplaces for Professional Development.
